R / C Car, Truck, TRX, Nitro Sport, Faulty Sensor? The spark plug? My truck caught fire, nobody had a problem?
R / C truck Traxxas fuel is used Traxxas Top Fuel 33% Nitro gal.can. the top can be exploited and also captured fire.was perhaps there is a problem with the design of the can? Spark plug shot out of the engine has any heard of a problem like this? Something that caused a fire in Nitro RC Sport that end badly burn a child, no one has had problems with, REVO, MAXX, TRX, Nitro Sport, a faulty sensor servo, Elec.problem, keep the engine mounting bolts loosening, leaking fuel in the exhaust system, food that carries fuel to the carburetor, exhaust Shocks, engine overheating, steam, vapors that may cause a short circuit, Leak sealing fuel tank, insufficient PRESSURE TANK? EZ-12 control box faulty start, perhaps? Does anyone know of any recalls, or anyone who a fire has experiece with Nitro R / C car or truck, causing it to burn?
Nitro vehicle fires are not uncommon. However, are usually the result of misuse or negligence. Sad to say, but true. If all safety precautions are observed, and after a fire may actually occur. Nitro fuel is highly flammable and should always be handled with exteme caution. Even a minor spill when filling the tank, then a spark of anything, could be disastrous. There are warnings on the jugs of fuel. There are warnings in user manuals for cars. It is the entire Internet. You should be careful with the fuel nitro or you will burn (pardon the pun). Provided that a fire can not be blamed on the car, or manufacturer. It is always the result of users. (again, sad but true) Period! All accidents are preventable. ALL.
