Is it legal to have passengers in a coverd truck bed in Georgia?
i have an older 2 door bronco with a removable Truck Bed Cover( makes the truck look like an suv) but i have no passenger seats in the bed of course. is it legal for people to sin in the closed bed? ive been hearing, at least for normal trucks, that it is legal if there are no more seats available. do cops care??

Do you think most Georgia cops would pull me over for just having passengers in the back? It might not be technically legal but do you think cops honestly care? I’ve passed multiple cops with people in the back and either they don’t seem to notice or care. Just asking to stay on the safe side… i just dont want any trouble with the police
To “siN” in it? Yes. But if it doesn’t have a seat belt for each passenger it isn’t legal for them to “siT” in it.
